Weekend Stays - All weekends require two nights, except during holidays, when three nights may be required.
Midweek Stays - Midweek rates apply to all reservations Sun-Thurs, except for holidays or for reservations that include Thurs/Fri or Sat/Sun.
Holiday Stays - Holidays may require a three-night stay; each night calculated at weekend rates. No coupons or discounts apply during this time.
Weekly Rates - A reservation of seven or more nights receives one night free. (Pay for seven nights, eighth night is free—free night taken on lowest rate in effect during reservation.)
Smoking Policy - All of our units are non-smoking. A fee will be assessed for anyone smoking in a unit.
Deposit Policy - One night’s deposit by credit card is required at time of reservation with following exception: week stays or longer require a 50% deposit by credit card at time of reservation.
We will authorize your credit card for the full amount of your balance at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages, and will be held financially liable.
Tax - All rates are subject to 6.825% State tax, 6.5% City tax and a resort fee of 3%.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made 72 hours or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded, less a $50 bookkeeping fee. For cancellations less than 72 hours before arrival, deposit is non-refundable. Grandma's Marathon if cancelled prior May 1st, the deposit is refundable less a $50 bookkeeping fee, anytime after May 1st the deposit is forfeited.

Quiet Policy - Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Patio - Patio closes at 10pm.
Pet Policy
1. Guests will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $30.00 per night plus tax.
2. Pet owners agree not to leave their pet unattended at anytime during their stay.
3. Pets are not permitted in any of the food and beverage areas, pool or lobby.
4. Pets must always be on a 6' leash or in a cage while they are in any public or common place within the hotel.
5. A pet that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or other person at Beacon Pointe Resort must be immediately removed from Beacon Pointe Resort.
6. Pets are not allowed in elevators, Pet Owners are to use the stairs.
7. Maid service will be provided only if the pet is removed or caged during the service.
8. Pet owners must pick up after their pets or a $150.00 cleaning fee will be added to their room account.
9. Pet owners will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any items stained and/or damaged by their pets.
10. Pet owners accept full responsiblity for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from their pet. Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
11. Pet owners agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend Beacon Pointe Resort, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claimes, losses, costas and expenses (inlcuding reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by their pet.
